Bon Petit Plat


Stuffed chicken breasts with mozzarella, cheddar and baby tomatoes, sprinkled with olive oil, fleur de sel and black pepper, wrapped in serrano ham.
Side dishes:
  • Grilled potatoes with olive oil, butter and rosemary
  • Aubergine mousseline made with cream cheese
  • Courgettes

Red wine: Castillo de Calatrava, Gran reserva 1996
