Déco de table

Mon invention dessert:
"Cheese cake à la mascarpone et fruit de la passion"

Crush ginger biscuits, mix with melted butter, press in the bottom of a round cake dish, cook in warm oven for 10 minutes.
On top, spread vanilla flavoured butter icing.
On top of that, cover with tiramisu preparation, that is beat 3 egg yolks with 100 g sugar, add mascarpone and the 3 beaten egg whites.
Put in the fridge.
When serving, spread half a passion fruit on the slice of cake and decorate with strawberries.
Beware: dont overcook the biscuit and it is easier to replace the mascarpone top by a proper cheese cake preparation.
