Life's too f***ing short

Après avoir lu un article dans le Marie-Claire UK de février,

j'ai acheté ce bouquin
"Life's Too F***ing Short" is Janet Street-Porter's predictably blunt guide to getting what you want out of 21st century life without wasting time, effort or money. Her intention is to cut through the crap and deal with the reality of the lives we lead. And unlike most self-help books she is frank that the first thing you should do in order to be happy and fulfilled is to put yourself first - all the time.
Life's too f***ing short ...
_To get depressed about being forty something, friendless, broke...
_To talk to people who are boring

_To spend £100 on face cream
_To spend it in the same dreary job
_To try to be a size zero
_To waste money going to a spa
_To cook like a TV chef
_To let someone tell you how to design your home
_To believe what men say
_To be a slave to fashion
_To have a set of rules you can't live up to
This colourful "guide" is entertaining, funny, sharp,
and divided into 11 parts:
MANIFESTO / BEAUTY / DIET / FOOD
MEN / FRIENDS / WORK / TRAVEL
INTERIORS / FASHION / ETHICS
